CTEC has demonstrated its abilities to develop and produce performing and reliable space-grade voice-coil actuators. Some of its actuators were developed in the frame of Meteosat Third Generation project. The Scan Assembly (SCA) actuated by our Rotating Voice Coil Motors (RVCM) for the East/West (E/W) axes and the North/South (N/S) axes has been developed by CTEC with Sener. This SCA is a key mechanism of the new FCI instrument producing impressive images, useful for future weather forecasts.
